Scope

This application is a private, self-hosted home automation instance operated by a single household for its own use. It is not a commercial service, is not offered to the public, and no registration is available.

Permitted use

Use is limited to members of the operating household and to devices that household owns. Any other access is unauthorised.

No warranty

The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Home automation may fail, behave unexpectedly, or be unavailable, and it must not be relied upon for safety-critical purposes.

Third-party services

The application interacts with third-party APIs, including Google's Smart Device Management API. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. This application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Nest, or the Home Assistant project.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
